At International Eyecare Center our mission is to be a leader in the eye health care field.
To accomplish this, we will provide our patients with the highest quality services and products in a truly personalized and caring atmosphere.
History of IEC
Dr. John McDougall started International Eyecare Center, Inc. in 1981 after working for four years in an ophthalmology setting in Quincy. Since that time, IEC has expanded to include seven offices throughout Illinois and Missouri. Dr. McDougall's flagship office and IEC corporate offices are located in Quincy, Illinois. His Quincy office is considered one of the largest single optometric practices in the country.
